Piston Compressors

BITZER refrigeration compressors working on the piston principle have proven themselves for decades . Reciprocating compressors distinguish themselves by their universal use: from low temperature applications through air conditioning or heat pumps. Furthermore, a variety of natural as well as synthetic refrigerants can be used.

Screw Compressors

Bitzer set standards in terms of technology and efficiency for small and medium-sized screw compressors. They are distinguished by high efficiency, perfect profile form, high motor efficiency, small space requirements as well as low noise and vibration levels. Bitzer also offer especially designed compressor versions for individual applications.

Scroll Compressors

These spiral compressors work with a rotation mechanism similar to that of the screw compressor and are particularly suitable for smaller capacities. Scroll compressors are mainly used for air conditioning and medium temperature applications and can advantageously be operated in parallel compounding.

Thanks to its speed-controlled compressor and speed-controlled condenser fans, the BITZER ECOSTAR series offers completely new application opportunities.

The series also represents a technical and economical alternative to using several small fully-hermetic units. The cooling capacity can be adapted to the actual requirement, increasing the efficiency of the refrigeration system. The built-in controller allows for quick and easy commissioning, comprehensive safety and monitoring functions as well as simplified error diagnosis.
